Complectation

Starter is intended for application in three-phase electrical mains of industrial AC networks with isolated neutral of transformer in the coal mines, gas (methane) and/or and pulverized coal hazardous, for remote and direct start and stop of three-phase asynchronous electric motors, and also for protection against their overload and short-circuit currents in outgoing power circuits.

The design and electrical circuit of the PVEM starter meets all modern requirements for starting equipment.

The basis of the EPES starter is a modern microcontroller-based terminal of protecting connections MTCP-1200 that allows making the starter an intelligent device with adjustable in wide range protection settings, keeping emergency logs and the ability to control and output information to the dispatcher's console.

PEVM provides:

  • Manual emergency shutdown of power cable lines;
  • automatic protecting cutout of power cable lines when protection is activated;
  • communication via wire line carrier with automation devices of local system through Modbus RTU interface;
  • protection against unauthorized access to change system settings;
  • local and remote control mode;
  • archiving data of switching on and off and emergency situations.

  • motor overheating protection;
  • ground conductor integrity control and conductor of remote control of the power supply cables;
