Complectation

Frequency converter of ventilation fan of FCVF type is intended for automatic maintenance of specified booster fan (BF) capacity in networks of 690 V with frequency of 50 Hz at coal mining enterprises gas and/or dust hazardous.

The device is made with spark-safe remote control circuits, it has the explosion-proof design and protection marking PB Exd[ia]ia I. The shell structure provides ingress IP54 protection according to GOST 14254-96.

It provides:

  • Operational localand remote control;
  • possibility to connect two motors to one converter;
  • operating or standby mode of drive operation;
  • connection to main optical communication link;
  • electrical protections* (27,50, 59, 79, etc.);
  • preliminary insulation testing of outgoing lines (BRU mode);
  • protection against loss of control;
  • control of air leakage from the ventilation pipe;
  • control of vibration accelerations of BF motor;
  • protection against BF shaft seizure.

Operating conditions:

  • Ambient air temperature -10...+35°C;
  • relative air humidity up to 100% at temperature +35°C;
  • absence of sharp jerks and shocks;
  • dust content in ambient air is not more than 1000 mg/m3;
  • working position in space is horizontal, deviation from
  • the working position up to 15 degrees in any direction is allowed.
