Complectation

Molded power transformers of Electromashina plant have advantages regarding oil filled and dry transformers filled with epoxy resin. Transformer windings are filled in under vacuum conditions. This filling method guarantees epoxy impregnation without voids both in the inner layer of the winding relative to housing and for insulation between the windings.

No leakage of oil or toxic gases is possible from the transformers. Thus, they do not pollute the environment and are recommended for replacement ofliquid-filled transformers.

The encasement of the core into the casing of epoxy insulation leads to noticeable noise reduction. Noise is also reduced by the innovative "Unicore" technology.

Maintenance of such transformers is almost completely excluded. It is not required to check the oil level, there is no need to test thereof for moisture availability. Due to the smoothness of windings even in harsh conditions on windings does not accumulate a large layer of dirt and dust.
