Complectation

Microcontroller terminal for protection automation of connections MTCP-3 is designed for operation as part of FASG and perform functions of measurement, protection, monitoring, control and switching device
management, alarm and status indication of connections in power supply networks with isolated neutral.
Spark-safe circuits that are included in MTCP-3 are performed in accordance with GOST 30852.0-2002, GOST 30852.10-2002, GOST 30852.20-2002.

The following types of protection are implemented in MTCP:
  • OP-1..3 is short-circuit overcurrent protection; continuous overload current;
  • undercurrent protection (UP) is protection against reducing current below the min. values;
  • protection against voltage drop below min. value and increase above maximum value (MMVP);
  • Protection against asymmetrical phase currents (APC).
  • Protection against phase-failure (PPF) and asymmetry of the voltage phases.
  • Protection against leakage current to ground operates when the VCis off.
  • External (VNZ) and local (MNZ) protection - 2/4 of channel protections triggered at the MTCP inputs.
  • Protection for condition monitoring of switching device (MSD).
  • MTCP includes a breaker failure protection (BFP), i.e. the signal normalization for the input factory assembled switch-gear that informs about disconnection of circuit breaker after actuating the protection.
